Competition Law
Books 13.06.2013
The authors of this publication, the third in the “Law in Practice” series from LexisNexis Polska, present the practical experiences they have gained advising business clients, using case studies to illustrate the main issues of competition law that are relevant for legal practice.
The book (in Polish) outlines the conditions for application of competition regulations and types of permissible and impermissible arrangements. There is also a discussion on violations of competition law through unilateral practices, i.e. abuse of a dominant position, as well as the procedure to follow when a potentially anti-competitive practice is identified. The publication discusses the conditions for businesses to make use of the leniency programme, and the specifics of merger review by Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
