adwokat, partnerStanisław Drozd handles arbitration matters as well as dispute management, combining alternative methods for constructive resolution of complex commercial disputes.
He represents clients in Polish and international arbitration proceedings as well as negotiations involving protection of investments, mergers and acquisitions, long-term commodities supply contracts, distribution agreements, joint-venture agreements and other commercial undertakings. Among other matters, he acts for clients in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC Court of International Arbitration and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, as well as ad hoc proceedings under UNCITRAL rules.
He is a certified mediator at the Mediation Centre at the Polish Bar Council and the International Mediation Centre of the International Chambers of Commerce in Poland. He advises on competition law. He acts as defence counsel in criminal cases. He holds TenStep certification in project management.
He is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (not practising).
