Tomeco Pulp Systems is a Polish leader in the packaging sector, producing packaging made from environmentally friendly, renewable and fully biodegradable materials. The company specializes in highly customized industrial packaging solutions, offering a sustainable alternative to expanded polystyrene (EPS).
This acquisition strengthens Relyon Group’s position in the sustainable packaging segment and marks its entry into the Polish market.
The Wardyński & Partners team was led by Jakub Lerner (partner) and included Piotr Ząbkiewicz, Waldemar Oryński, Adrian Budny (corporate), Katarzyna Sotyn (IP), Karolina Romanowska (GDPR), Przemysław Zając (employment), and Adrianna Ogonowska (environmental).
