Adrianna Ogonowska
attorney-at-lawDr Adrianna Ogonowska advises on environmental risk and operation of large industrial facilities. She specialises in Polish and EU law of environmental protection, natural resources, and ESG. She advises on issues of liability for environmental harm, waste management, and legal aspects of the circular economy.
She has extensive experience in proceedings seeking environmental decisions for development projects and environmental impact assessment proceedings. She supports clients on regulatory aspects, court proceedings, development projects, and environmental aspects of real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance.
She also practises international maritime law and the law of renewable energy sources, with particular attention to offshore wind energy and decarbonisation of maritime transport.
She earned a doctorate in law based on a doctoral thesis examining legal aspects of protection of the marine environment of the Baltic Sea against pollution.
She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin and WSB Merito University Poznań, and the author or co-author of numerous publications on environmental law and administrative law.
