IVC Evidensia acquires another veterinary clinic in Poland

We advised IVC Evidensia Poland on another transaction in Poland involving the acquisition of a veterinary clinic in Gdańsk operated by Gdańska Całodobowa Lecznica Weterynaryjna Zwierzyniec II S.C. Tomczak-Zabrocka, Chwojnowski, Chwojnowska.

IVC Evidensia Poland is part of the IVC Evidensia group, backed by the private equity funds EQT Private Equity and Silver Lake. The IVC Evidensia group is a global leader in the veterinary services market, operating more than 2,500 veterinary clinics in 20 countries.

The transaction was completed as an asset deal, in a two-stage structure.

We advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence of the enterprise and negotiation and drafting of the transaction documentation.

The transaction closed on 31 July 2025.
