Tomasz Pleśniak

Tomasz Pleśniak provides legal support to clients across the broad range of labour law. He drafts and reviews employment-related documentation, including employment contracts and workplace rules and policies. He represents clients in employment disputes and participates in due diligence projects.

He has extensive experience advising on fringe benefits as well as employee capital plans (PPK), in particular implementing the PPK scheme at employers.

He also has experience advising clients on data protection issues. He holds ERCA certification as a lead auditor under ISO/IEC 27001 (information security management) and certification as an internal auditor under ISO 9001 (quality management).
