Maciej Zych
adwokat, partnerMaciej Zych advises and represents clients in various commercial disputes before state courts and arbitration courts. He is particularly involved in complex litigation related to real estate construction projects, e.g. concerning design defects, disputes in the infrastructure and transport sectors, and post-transaction disputes.
He advises clients from the aviation sector on transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution issues. He also represents aviation clients in contacts with public authorities, including administrative proceedings and administrative court proceedings.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2012.
He completed his master’s degree with distinction at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków (2013). He won third prize in the competition by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce for the best master’s thesis on arbitration or mediation.
He completed the course in American law offered by the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law at Jagiellonian University (2013) and the course in English and European law at the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw (2013).
He won distinction in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2011 and 2012.
