2022 Yearbook

As always, we devote this, our 12^th Yearbook, to trends and changes in the law. And there are plenty of them.

One strong trend is toward sustainable business, driven by legislation but also by consumers’ and investors’ preferences.

There’s a lot happening on the labour market. Issues of healthcare and data protection are also gaining prominence. On top of that, there is a new law on holding companies, along with tax changes, freezing of bank accounts, wind farms, and green hydrogen. We can’t complain of a shortage of topics.
