Rafał Pytko advises clients on legal aspects of generation, trading and sale of electricity and green certificates, self-generation, cogeneration, and distribution of electricity and heat.

He advises on obtaining concessions for generation, sale, trade and distribution of electricity, liquid fuels and hydrocarbons. He also represents clients in disputes before the Minister of Climate and Environment and the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.

Among other experience, he previously worked at the Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology, where he advised on implementation of EU regulations on the green economy.
