We advised Carrot.pl shareholders on the sale to Sandberg Capital

We advised the founders and shareholders of CARROT Sp. z o.o., Poland’s largest online platform for the sale of insurance-damaged vehicles, on the sale of a majority stake in the company to an investment vehicle controlled by Sandberg Capital.
We supported the sellers throughout the transaction, including in the structuring of the deal and the preparation and negotiation of the transaction and corporate documentation.
The transaction closed on 25 August 2026 and marks Sandberg Capital’s entry into the Polish market.
