Katarzyna Juralewicz advises on Polish and international tax law, including tax schemes and tax planning. She is involved in M&A transactions, reorganisations and restructuring. She advises clients in disputes with the tax authorities and represents clients before the administrative courts. She also advises private clients and conducts training on a range of tax law issues.
