GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies acquired by Ondas

In cooperation with the Israeli law firm Tel Zur (the sellers’ lead counsel), we represented GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies in connection with their direct acquisition by Ondas for a total consideration of up to USD 390 million.
GATE Technologies is a leading developer and manufacturer of electronic safe & arm devices (ESADs) and advanced electronic fuzing solutions, with its technology integrated into dozens of weapon systems including UAVs, loitering munitions, missiles, and rockets.
The acquisition of the two companies adds a critical layer to Ondas’s precision-strike technology stack, drawing on capabilities based in Poland while expanding the company’s access to US and European programmes.
Our team included Anna Olejniczak-Michalska, Hubert Bińkiewicz, Mateusz Próchnicki and Karolina Romanowska, with Adam Pawlisz as the partner supervising the team on the deal.
This was another complex, multi-jurisdictional deal involving the defence sector in which we have been involved.
