Hanna Drynkorn
attorney-at-lawDr Hanna Drynkorn provides comprehensive support for Polish and foreign clients in proceedings for award of public contracts and concessions for construction works and services. She also has experience implementing projects using the public-private partnership model.
She advises at all stages of the development process, including legal assistance in implementing infrastructure projects based on FIDIC contract conditions and projects financed out of EU funds.
She provides legal assistance in regulatory matters related to rail transit.
She is also involved in the operation of the firm’s Korean Desk.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2013.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław (2013). Completed course of study in American law offered by the Chicago–Kent College of Law at the University of Wrocław (2012) and postgraduate studies in FIDIC at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology (2015).
Completed doctoral studies in law at the Department of Public Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław, and defended her doctoral thesis entitled “Modifications to the subject matter of public procurement contracts for construction works under Polish and European law” (2019).
