Modern Times Group acquires Plarium Global

Wardynski & Partners advised Modern Times Group, the NASDAQ-listed mobile gaming group on its acquisition of Plarium Global Ltd (Plarium). We advised on the Polish aspects of the transaction as part of an international legal team coordinated by Baker Botts LLP.
Plarium is part of the Australian group, Aristocrat Leisure and is a leader in mobile gaming creation. As well as RAID: Shadow Legends, Plarium’s offering the following titles: Vikings, Mech Arena and Merge Gardens. Plarium’s headquarters are in Israel with creative teams in Poland, Ukraine, Finland and Spain.
