IVC Evidensia acquires two veterinary clinics in Warsaw

We advised IVC Evidensia Poland on the acquisition of two veterinary clinics in Warsaw, operated by Ursynowska Klinika Weterynaryjna S.C. Raczko, Pogorzelska, Drachal, Dejnarowicz-Palczewska.
The transaction was completed as an asset deal.
We advised on all legal aspects of the transaction which included: conducting a legal due diligence of the enterprise, preparing and negotiating the transactional documentation.
The transaction closed on 16 September 2024.
