We are pleased to announce that the financing transaction by our client Berenberg Infrastructure and Energy Team for solar projects in Poland developed by GoldenPeaks Capital, on which we advised, has been recognised as the 'Innovative Financial Structure Deal of the Year' at inspiratia’s Europe Energy Transition Awards 2024.
We provided complex advice on energy, construction, land use, planning, and environmental issues, and on structuring, drafting, negotiating, and signing finance documentation.
