Kartesia provides financing for acquisition of Ecowipes group by Cornerstone

We advised Kartesia Management, a European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, on Polish aspects of financing of its joint acquisition of biodegradable hygiene products manufacturer Ecowipes Group, consisting of Ecowipes Sp. z o.o. (Poland), and Hydra SAS (France). The acquisition was completed in partnership with Cornerstone Investment Management, a private equity investor based in Warsaw, Poland.

New lawyers on the M&A team
