Wardyński & Partners advised the CANPACK Group in a transaction involving the sale by CP Glass S.A. (part of the CANPACK Group) to BA Glass of its glass operations in Orzesze, Poland.
We provided comprehensive legal and tax assistance across all aspects of this complex asset deal transaction.
The firm’s legal workstream on the project was led by Adam Pawlisz (M&A partner), while tax aspects of the transaction were supervised by Michał Nowacki (Tax partner). Transaction closing was on 2 April 2024 after satisfaction of standard conditions precedent, in particular receiving merger control approval from the Polish competition authority.
