Genomtec S.A. debuts on the main market of the WSE—we advised on transfer of the listing

On 16 February 2023 Genomtec S.A. debuted on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company’s shares had been listed since March 2021 on NewConnect. Genomtec S.A. is the 418th company to be listed on the main market of the WSE and the fourth debut on the main market in 2023. At the opening of the first trading session, the company’s shares rose more than 2%, to PLN 14.20.

DHL and Cainiao

Wardyński & Partners has advised Cainiao Network, a global logistics provider from the Alibaba Group, in creation of a partnership with DHL eCommerce Solutions from the Deutsche Post DHL Group.

Nouryon and ADOB

Wardyński & Partners, in cooperation with the Berlin office of Morrison Foerster, has counselled the Dutch chemical company Nouryon Chemicals International B.V. in the acquisition of ADOB Fertilizers. The agreement was signed on 28 September 2022, and the transaction was closed on 3 January 2023 after obtaining approval of the merger from the Polish competition authority.

Spider Investments Luxembourg and Transporeon

Wardyński & Partners, in conjunction with Latham & Watkins, advised Spider Investments Luxembourg S.à r.l., a company from the portfolio of the British investment fund HgCapital LLP, in the sale of Transporeon to Trimble, in a transaction valued at EUR 1.88 billion.
