Lords LB Asset Management buys five shopping centres

We advised Tewox, a fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management, in the acquisition of five shopping centres (in Głowno, Świdnica, Przemyśl, Kalisz and Puławy) with a combined gross leasable area of about 36,000 m2, and in obtaining financing of EUR 40 million from Bank Pekao SA.
Our advice included due diligence, structuring of the transaction, negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation, and negotiation of the finance documentation.
The work of the team was coordinated by Marek Dolatowski. Other lawyers taking part in the project included Radosław Wasiak (Real Estate), Łukasz Szegda, Dagmara Michalska, Rafał Baranowski and Patryk Jackiewicz (finance), and Michał Nowacki and Jakub Macek (tax).
The anchor tenant at the shopping centres is Jeronimo Martins, owner of the retail chain Biedronka.
