Rafał Baranowski is involved in financing of transactions, including real estate finance, project finance, and corporate finance.
He advises on financing and refinancing transactions, for both Polish and foreign banks and other financial institutions (including cross-border transactions), and on the side of borrowers (including developers). He has taken part in major transactions for financing real estate, construction of wind and solar power plants, and construction and purchase of ferries.
