Wardyński & Partners advised Coveris backed by Sun Capital Partners in the acquisition of HADEPOL FLEXO sp. z o.o., a manufacturer of high-end paper and plastic packaging and laminates, based in Poland. We acted as a Polish counsel in the transaction. E+H, led by Dr. Clemens Lanschützer, was the lead counsel for Coveris.
