Dagmara Michalska

Dagmara Michalska handles project finance, including corporate acquisitions, infrastructure and real estate development projects, as well as high-yield transactions and debt refinancing. She has participated in projects involving trading in receivables, including large securitisation projects. She also has experience in enforcement of security interests.

She advices Polish and foreign banks, private equity funds, and other parties providing financing. She also represents borrowers.

She holds a stock broker licence authorised to provide investment advice.

She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2014. Before that she worked at a bank.
