TA Associates and Warburg Pincus acquire majority stake in Epassi Group

Wardyński & Partners advised TA Associates and Warburg Pincus in their joint acquisition of a majority stake in Epassi Group from Bregal Milestone. We covered the Polish aspects of the transaction as part of an international legal team coordinated by Goodwin Procter LLP.
Epassi is a market leader in the provision of digital employee benefits within the Nordics, Italy and the UK, and was founded in Helsinki in 2007.
