New general partners: Igor Hanas and Jakub Lerner

Igor Hanas co-heads the firm’s Energy practice. He advises clients from the energy sector (both renewable and conventional) and the chemical industry on regulatory matters and implementation of investment projects. He supports clients at every stage of the project, from negotiations to cross-border transfer of technology, execution and delivery of the completed project, to disputes with investors, including state-owned companies.

Jakub Lerner, LL.M., has many years of transactional experience, advising corporate clients, public companies, private equity funds, multinationals and Polish businesses in structuring and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, investments, divestments, joint ventures, and other forms of enterprise restructuring. He advises on complex international transactions and supports businesses in establishing foreign joint ventures.
