In recent weeks the firm’s M&A and Corporate practice has been joined by Hubert Bińkiewicz, Dominik Kaszuba and Monika Lutomirska, bringing the total M&A team to 22 advocates and attorneys-at-law (including eight equity and contract partners).

Hubert Bińkiewicz advises clients at all stages of Polish and international M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions. He also has experience in corporate finance, energy law, and infrastructure projects. He has advised investors and sellers in many projects involving energy, industry, and new technologies, including asset deals and share deals. He advises contractors, sponsors and lenders in infrastructure projects. He serves on the boards of tech and gaming companies.

Dominik Kaszuba, LL.M., advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, and restructuring of enterprises. His many years of experience cover a broad spectrum of advice at every stage of transactions, for both sellers and buyers, operating on Polish and international markets. He provides expert legal support to clients in negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation.

Monika Lutomirska (who has returned to the firm after a short break) practises corporate law and M&A. She advises on mergers and acquisitions on the private and public markets, restructuring processes, and ongoing corporate advice. She has taken part in a number of transactions, at all stages, from conducting and coordinating due diligence through negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, closing, and post-transaction advice. She also handles issues of the law of capital markets, securities, and financial institutions, advice on corporate governance (particularly for public companies), and transactions on the capital markets.
