The 20th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to pharmaceutical advertising has now been published. Experts from our firm wrote the chapter on Poland.
The guide discusses how issues of advertising of medical products are regulated, such as ads directed to laypeople or professionals, monetary or in-kind gifts to healthcare personnel and financing of travel and promotional events, as well as transparency and disclosure of information.
