Time for a change
With new technologies, basic legal information will be processed and accessible thanks to highly advanced IT tools.
It is essential to be prepared for these changes organisationally and in the qualifications of lawyers comprising the firm.
The organisational and personnel changes at our firm are a reflection of processes underway on a global scale.
That is why in recent years we have been joined by many lawyers who are devoting their knowledge and experience to developing new specialisations. The group of equity and salaried partners has expanded significantly, and this is reflected in the structure and composition of our teams. We will continue this process.
We are investing in a team whose thorough education acquired in Poland and abroad will ensure the highest standards.
The global contacts which the firm has developed over 35 years are a platform for growth of the talents of all lawyers who have linked their professional life with our firm.
We have parted ways with three equity partners and several of the salaried partners and other lawyers who have worked alongside them. We thank them for their many years of cooperation, particularly those who have been trained and brought up within the firm. We wish them well.
In consequence, we have entrusted responsibility for coordination of the work of the M&A team to Michał Wons, who, along with Konrad Grotowski, Jakub Lerner, Adam Pawlisz, Łukasz Śliwiński and Kinga Ziemnicka, will be responsible for development of the practice and overseeing client matters.
We lawyers—advocates and attorneys-at-law—serve a special role and mission of protecting our clients’ rights.
High qualifications and skills, creativity, and first and foremost professional ethics constitute the foundation of our clients’ trust. Neither technology nor politics will alter these principles at our firm.
