Konrad Grotowski

Konrad Grotowski is responsible for the restructuring and bankruptcy practice and advises on transactions related to restructuring.

He also handles litigation, mainly regarding difficult receivables. He has represented clients in complex disputes worth hundreds of millions of euros.

He advises management boards of companies. For years, he has acted as an independent proxy in Polish companies of foreign clients.

Since 2021, he has hosted the programme News from Poland—Business & Law, in which lawyers from the firm discuss issues of interest to foreign investors and foreigners serving on the boards of Polish companies.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2000. Previously, he worked on the M&A team at Allen & Overy.

He worked for Allen & Overy (1999–2000) and the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission (1998–1999). In 2006, he was seconded to the litigation group in the London office of Simmons & Simmons.
