Heliaca Investments to acquire the Light-Duty segment from Westport Fuel Systems

We advised Heliaca Investments Coöperatief U.A. on the Polish aspects of acquisition from Westport Fuel Systems Inc. of its interest in Westport Fuel Systems Italia S.r.l., which includes the Light-Duty segment.
Closing is expected in late Q2 2025, after fulfilment of closing conditions.
We were part of an international legal team coordinated by Gianni & Origoni.
The firm’s work was supervised by Adam Pawlisz.
