Sylwia Moreu-Żak
attorney-at-law, counselSylwia Moreu-Żak handles civil and administrative matters relating to real estate development. She also participates in transactions concerning agricultural property, residential and office buildings, business premises, shopping centres, and land designated for industrial development. She has participated in transactions involving real estate in special economic zones and at sea ports.
She also advises on financing and refinancing of real estate acquisitions. She provides legal support for projects involving acquisition of properties from developers at various stages of construction of multifamily residential buildings. She coordinated the process of acquiring a number of plots from individual owners for construction of an amusement park. In that project she advised the client on administrative procedures connected with adoption of the local zoning plan and obtaining a construction permit for the project, including the necessary roads and technical infrastructure.
She handles housing association issues, particularly challenges to resolutions. She has conducted training courses on administrative procedure for employees of state and local authorities.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2008.
