Stefan Jacyno
adwokat, partnerStefan Jacyno heads the Private Clients & Reprivatisation practice.
He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including the full range of matters connected with real estate projects, with particular attention to issues of construction and development. He is an experienced negotiator and counsel in civil and administrative proceedings before the courts and administrative bodies at all levels. He also has deep knowledge in the field of reprivatisation of real property and perpetual usufruct issues.
He advises in transactions involving all types of real estate, including agricultural land, greenfields, industrial plants, residential and office buildings, and commercial premises, as well as organising major projects on the residential and retail markets. He has led projects for shopping centre chains, real estate development firms, and individual investors.
