Maria Rudzińska
adwokatMaria Rudzińska specialises in state aid law. She has experience advising clients from a range of industries, particularly the automotive and energy sectors.
She provides legal support to clients in their ongoing operations, and also in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the European Commission, and other agencies. She represents clients in disputes with institutions granting state aid. She conducts due diligence of enterprises to determine whether public assistance they have received complies with national and EU law.
She is the author of publications on state aid and participates in scholarly conferences.
