Jędrzej Figurski

He specialises in strategic succession planning and protection of family assets, using Polish and foreign legal structures, including Polish family foundations as well as foreign trusts and private foundations.
He advises on legal and tax aspects of various private investments, including shares in companies, financial instruments, luxury goods and precious metals.
He has many years of experience in tax advisory for M&A transactions and complex restructuring processes. He provides legal support for the owners of firms in key moments such as preparing for sale of the business and restructuring in preparation for succession.
He also advises on taxation of the digital economy, including tax treatment of transactions in cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
