Ewa Kruszko
attorney-at-lawEwa Kruszko provides legal support in restructuring and bankruptcy procedures, on behalf of both debtors and creditors. She drafts applications initiating these procedures and on behalf of creditors challenges decisions issued during the proceedings. She also advises on issues involving the ineffectiveness of transactions made to the detriment of creditors.
She has experience leading contentious matters, including on behalf of financial and insurance institutions (advice in disputes with consumers and disputes over payment under bank guarantees).
She also takes part in M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate law analyses.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2021.
