Dariusz Wasylkowski

In this role, he coordinates cooperation between multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions for both corporate as well as private clients. He is also responsible for overseeing the firm’s client satisfaction programme.
He co-heads the Tax practice and the Private Client practice.
He advises clients on Polish and international tax law as well as transfer pricing.
He represents clients in audits, tax proceedings, administrative court proceedings, and criminal tax proceedings.
He works with individual clients on international asset planning, international tax reporting, inheritance matters, and changes of residence or citizenship. He also supports clients in restructuring their personal and business assets.
Additionally, he conducts mediation, particularly between public and private entities, and serves as a mentor in the Early Warning Europe programme.
Dariusz Wasylkowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also studied law at the University of Copenhagen and participated in the joint MBA programme of the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He participated in the International Tax Academy Fellowship Programme at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in Amsterdam and management training programmes at Harvard, Pepperdine University and SWPS University.
He started his legal career in 1993. In 1994–1999 he was an associate at Wardyński & Partners. In 2000–2004 he was a partner at Deloitte & Touche.
