2012 Yearbook
It is with great pleasure that we present to you the second edition of our law firm’s Yearbook. Like last year’s edition, it is a collection of articles inspired by our past cases for Polish and international clients.
Our intention was to create a selection of texts, from which both our legal colleagues and business people can find something of interest. That’s why in this compendium, we raise issues which concern most business people and also those that are specific for individual sectors, not only concerned with law, but also with Polish business customs.
The Polish economic climate, although improving all the time, still leaves much to be desired. To this, one must add the turmoil of the global economic slowdown. In these conditions, the role of the lawyer as the business person’s permanent partner and trusted adviser becomes increasingly important. Knowledge which ensures that expensive disruptions to business are avoided becomes particularly valuable. It is this knowledge that we wish to share with you.
