Alicja Wolny

Alicja Wolny specialises in the law of industrial property, copyright, and unfair competition. She represents clients in proceedings before the courts in civil and criminal matters. She supports clients in administrative proceedings before intellectual property bodies, including the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

She assists clients in developing comprehensive IP protection strategies, including such issues as administering global trademark portfolios, and planning and pursuing strategies for enforcing claims for infringement of IP rights.

She also participates in due diligence projects. She negotiates, drafts and advises on licensing agreements and contracts involving the transfer of intellectual property rights.
