She advises in particular on trademark infringements and other industrial property rights, as well as copyright and personal rights infringements (including in digital media).
She supports international companies in the FMCG, technology and creative industries. She drafts and negotiates agreements (licence, IT, technology transfer) and represents clients in court proceedings.
She conducts training courses and seminars on advertising law and intellectual property protection.
