Agnieszka Jelska

Agnieszka Jelska, LL.M., specialises in competition law, consumer law, and issues of contractual advantage and payment gridlock. In particular, she advises clients in the e-commerce and tech sectors, the food industry, finance, and waste management.

She has many years of experience representing businesses in proceedings before the competition authority and the courts.

She gained experience in internships at the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, and in a law firm specialising in competition and consumer protection law.

In 2024 she earned an LL.M. at the Brussels School of Competition.
