Environmental Law in M&A and Real Estate Transactions is a nearly 400-page compendium (in Polish) of knowledge on environmental issues for persons participating in M&A and real estate deals, advising merging companies or representing the parties in transactions involving purchase or sale of enterprises, real property or other assets. It is the first publication of its kind in Poland.
The book was authored by lawyers from the Environmental Law Practice and the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at Wardyński & Partners.
