Wojciech Marszałkowski
adwokat, partnerWojciech Marszałkowski, Taxation LL.M. (Georgetown), handles tax disputes, fiscal criminal matters, and international tax law. He advises on personal income tax and corporate income tax, including the consequences of changes in tax residency, tax planning, and transfer pricing.
In 2018 he completed the prestigious tax programme at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, earning the degree of LL.M. with distinction. In the US he gained experience in the tax department of a leading international law firm, advising tax-exempt organisations.
He has cooperated with Wardyński & Partners since 2013.
