Over 30 years’ experience conducting litigation and arbitration in Poland and abroad

Monika Hartung co-heads the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice. She is also responsible for the Insurance practice.

She represents clients before the state courts and before Polish and international arbitral tribunals in corporate and construction disputes, banking and insurance matters, post-M&A, energy and competition. She has experience leading cross-border disputes. She provides opinions and testifies as an expert on Polish law for foreign courts and arbitral tribunals. She serves as an arbitrator for Polish and international arbitration courts (Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre).

She serves as chair of the Arbitral Council of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. She is the author of numerous publications on arbitration and litigation.
