Mateusz Tusznio

Mateusz Tusznio practises the law of banking, finance and debt restructuring. He advises borrowers and lenders in acquisition finance, corporate finance, and refinancing transactions. He has participated in significant debt restructuring projects. He also has experience advising on the issue of high-yield bonds, aircraft leasing, and establishment of security interests in aircraft, aircraft engines, and ships.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2012.
