Krzysztof Wiktor co-heads the Private Clients & Reprivatisation practice.

He advises on reprivatisation of nationalised real estate, particularly Warsaw properties, and other issues related to real estate transactions and development. He also advises churches and other religious institutions on the law of religious denominations.

He has extensive experience in administrative proceedings (including before the administrative courts) and represents the firm’s clients in litigation concerning compensation on various grounds, including for nationalised real estate.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2004.

Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw (1997)

For three years he studied canon law at what is now Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, where he also completed a master’s degree in family sociology.

In 1994–2003, he worked in government, holding managerial positions, and was responsible for church-state relations and the reprivatisation of church property.
