We advised CNC Holding BV, backed by Sun European Partners, LLP, on the acquisition of a mushroom substrate production facility from Kompostpal sp. z o.o. The transaction enlarges the portfolio and production capacity of CNC Holding BV in Poland.

We assisted selected shareholders of Rapiomed Group sp. z o.o. in the sale of a minority stake in the company to an experienced industry investor from the e-commerce market.

The transaction included targets in Poland, Germany, Czechia, and Spain. Wardyński & Partners acted as Polish legal counsel to GTCR, a leading private equity firm, on its acquisition of Zentiva, a European generics pharmaceutical company, from Advent. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in early 2026.
