Agnieszka Kubowicz advises and represents clients in commercial disputes before the courts and in arbitration, particularly disputes over infrastructure and construction projects.
She advises clients from the aviation sector on regulatory issues and represents them in contacts with the public authorities, and before the civil and administrative courts.
She also advises clients on insurance matters, in regulatory and litigation aspects.
