The first issue of the semi-annual In Principle. Legal Studies and Analyses (in Polish, with English abstracts) appeared in November 2019. It is the scholarly counterpart to the firm’s portal In Principle, focusing on practical aspects of creation and application of law, but in a more in-depth, specialised approach. Now available online.

Employment regulations are amended so quickly that employers must constantly monitor them to keep up with implementation of the required changes. To facilitate this process, we have created the blog HRlaw.pl, where we share our knowledge and experience on issues important for employers and employees.

An overhaul of Polish civil procedure was published on 6 August 2019. The amending act partly entered into force on 21 August, but most of the new rules apply from 7 November. What can we say so far about the new rules, what should be expected, and what are the worries?

A new title has now joined our list of publications. Co do zasady. Studia i analizy prawne (In Principle: Legal Studies and Analyses) is a scholarly journal of professional articles presenting views on legal theory and practice. The first issue of our semi-annual journal is now available in print. The electronic version will be posted soon.

A new book on international taxes has appeared, called „Transfer pricing. Selected Issues”. It is published by Wolters Kluwer Polska, in cooperation with the Centre for Tax Analyses and Studies of the Warsaw School of Economics.
