Journalist v Polskie Radio Rzeszów

The Rzeszów Regional Court has held that Polskie Radio Rzeszów infringed the right to equal treatment of editor Grażyna Bochenek, who was fired following the broadcast of a negative comment by a listener concerning the President of Poland.
At the request of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, the case was handled pro bono by lawyers from Wardyński & Partners: Agnieszka Lisiecka, Katarzyna Żukowska, Marcin Wujczyk and Aleksandra Wójcik.
