In cooperation with LexisNexis Polska, as part of the “Law and Practice” series, we have published (in Polish) Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions, a survey of the practical application of legal instruments used in M&A transactions, Legal Risks in M&A Transactions, in which we discuss examples of legal risks arising in selected areas of due diligence, and Environmental Law in M&A and Real Estate Transactions. The latter is a nearly 400-page compendium of knowledge on environmental issues for persons participating in M&A and real estate deals, advising merging companies or representing the parties in transactions involving purchase or sale of enterprises, real property or other assets.
